We can also assist with the opening any related accounts such as Sales tax, payroll, special licensing, city license and more. 

QuickBooks Set-Up

Having the initial set up correctly is critical to your long term success. If they have been set-up previously we will review the Chart of Accounts for accuracy and provide feedback and make the necessary adjustments.

QuickBooks Training & Consultation

ReQuest Services will train your staff how to use QuickBooks properly and how to use QuickBooks to its full potential. We will guide them through the QuickBooks process and review the file for accuracy at month’s end. Bookkeeping can be frustrating if you are not properly trained.

Monthly Ongoing Bookkeeping

We will verify purchase orders, receiving records, bills of lading & invoices for accuracy. Enter & pay bills in a timely fashion to prevent late fees & to take advantage of discounts for early payment whenever possible.

Process payroll (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly)
 – Direct deposit
 – Payroll tax returns including Form 941, state & federal unemployment tax returns
 – 1099 & W-2 preparation & distribution 
– Payroll reports processed for each payroll
 – Online availability for employees of direct deposit stubs

1099 & W-2s

Process 1099’s &/or W-2’s, Submit to the appropriate forms to the IRS & Mail employee &/or subcontractor copy.

Sales & Use Tax Return

Process the Sales or Use tax return (All necessary states) and submit & pay to the appropriate governing agency.

Workers Compensation Audit

Annually your workman’s compensation carrier will ReQuest an audit of your payroll. This is routine in order to establish classification of all employees. ReQuest Services will assist in the process by preparing the appropriate forms.
